Reflection
In the midst of life's storms and chaos, God invites us to be still. This is not a passive stillness, but an active choice to trust in His sovereignty. When we pause and acknowledge His presence, we find the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Today, take a few minutes to simply sit in silence. Release your worries, your plans, and your anxieties. Let the truth of who God is wash over you. He is in control. He is faithful. He is with you.
Prayer
Lord, help me to be still in Your presence today. Quiet my restless mind and anxious heart. Let me know — truly know — that You are God, and that You are enough. Amen.
